The role:

You’ll be working as a Senior Stylist focusing on cutting and styling in a busy, high-end salon where the standard genuinely matters. Every client is different — every consultation, cut and finish is a chance to do something you’re proud of. Our clients trust us completely, and it’s your job to earn and keep that trust. It takes real skill and real attention to detail. But when you get it right, you really know it — and so does the client walking out the door.

What you need:

  • Proven experience as a stylist with strong technical cutting ability across a range of hair types and styles
  • A genuine passion for the craft and the drive to keep developing your skills
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with clients who come back because of you
  • A positive, professional attitude and the kind of character that fits a close-knit team
  • NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent)

Compensation:

  • Highly competitive rate of pay, dependent on experience — we reward talent properly
  • Full time, 35 hours per week
  • Your earnings grow as your reputation in the salon grows
