I have visited this hair salon numerous times for haircuts and have always left really happy and satisfied with the outcome. The salon itself has a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. I also love the way the Kevin Murphy products smell and I look forwards to coming here. I was prompted to write a review today because I feel that Jemma out-does her self every time with her excellent cutting/styling skills!

Absolutely love love love this salon! Been getting my haircut here for five years and I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, the service is very professional and the team are all lovely! Zaneta always listens carefully and executes to a really high quality. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Noah is the best!!

I love this place. Such a lovely group of lovely girls. Understood what I wanted and did it amazingly. Talked me through it, made sure I was hydrated with lots of tea! Perfect service. Also, great communication, booked me in last minute and are very helpful when it comes to appointment's and working around you. Thank you girls". Cant wait to come back soon. I love my hair!

I love this salon! Have been here twice already and am always extremely happy with my results. Their coloring service is amazing, my hair looks better than ever. The ladies are extremely sweet and welcoming and all very good at their jobs. The atmosphere in the salon is great, and there are lots of drink options and a cute puppy. Last time, Zaneta even squeezed me in for a cut, even though the salon was already supposed to close. They go above and beyond. 5/5

After another hair salon in Oxford cancelled on me last minute on a Friday afternoon, the girls at Zaneta managed to get me an appointment for a full head of highlights at short notice.Sophie did my colour, she was extremely friendly and professional - she listened to what I was after and did exactly what I asked for while also giving lots of advice. I am extremely happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend her for colour, especially blonde highlights.All of the other members of the team were also super friendly, especially Grace who blow dried my hair beautifully!Thank you :)

Today was my first experience in Zaneta's salon and I will certainly come back! The staff is really friendly and they made me feel so comfortable and at home. My hair looks gorgeous and I am really happy with the outcome. :)

Went in to have balayage done to my hair. The staff are super friendly. Sophie went through the options of the colour she could achieve and she was lovely to talk to. I also got to meet the lovely Noah (zaneta's dog). After leaving the salon i was not happy with my hair colour and after contacting the salon they were very understanding and offered to sort out the issue. The reason for my 4 star rating is that i didn't get the hair colour i was told would be achievable apart from that i loved the whole experience.

Fantastic experience today, and on a previous occasion. Zaneta and her team skillfully fixed a hair colouring disaster left by another salon, and I am extremely happy with the results. The team here really know their stuff, and I highly recommend for hair colouring and styling. In addition to that, the salon is incredibly welcoming, with a really fun and friendly atmosphere. Thanks also for the wonderfully relaxing head massage! +

I had such an amazing experience yesterday! I got my hair dyed and toned, my first time having this done and all the ladies were so friendly! Normally it takes me a couple of days to warm to a new hair cut but with Louise, she managed to give me exactly what I wanted even though I didn't know what that was before she did it. Very happy thanks :-)

Came to the salon after an awful experience at another hairdressers and I was not disappointed! All the staff made me feel comfortable, at ease and reassured me that they'd be able to fix my hair, to which they did. I'm IN LOVE with my new hair. I can't recommend enough. Thank you so much!!

Going to Zaneta's salon is always a great experience. Everyone who works there is lovely and amazing at their job. You feel as if you are part of their community from the first time you have your hair done there. I have had my colour done by Sophie and cuts by Louise and they're both fantastic. Couldn't recommend it enough!

I got my hair done by Sophie and I just love the outcome! That woman is a magician! She fixed my overgrown roots by doing a full head bleach with foils and the outcome looks like it had been a scalp bleach - but more natural, just perfect! She does her job with care and patience, no matter how long it takes.

A LITTLE HAVEN OF LOVELINESS - this is best way I can describe the Zaneta Lichnova salon. Warm, welcoming, genuine & authentic in their interactions with customers - it feels like you're part of the team. As for the haircut I received today; WOW! During the initial consultation, Zaneta listened to my ideas & then showed me some possibilities on the computer before going ahead. I really loved this as I felt understood & I was very grateful for her additional suggestions & experience - I knew my hair was in safe hands! Zaneta's professionalism, talent & attention to detail meant I left the salon with a hairstyle I loved. I feel transformed! Plus the cost is extremely reasonable. If you're looking for a truly special Oxford hair salon, look no further! You won't regret it...

My colour by Grace is always amazing and Louise gave me an excellent haircut. Such a friendly and welcoming environment, I rarely go back to hairdressers but I think I’ve found a salon I will stick with! Everyone there takes time to listen to what you want and double checks everything with you, I’ve never felt like I couldn’t speak up about something. Beautifully decorated and a lovely atmosphere, I look forward to going every time, Zaneta makes me feel amazing about my hair.

Without doubt the best place to get your hair done in Oxford! Zaneta has done an amazing job of establishing a salon that doesn't just feel like a business but a really welcoming space with lots of character and a great atmosphere. The team are all amazing - very friendly, professional and brilliant at what they do. They really take the time to listen and advise and you never feel like just another anonymous client filling a time slot. I'm always very happy with my cut and can't recommend the salon highly enough. Thanks Zaneta and team!

Had my hair coloured and cut by two of all the beautiful ladies in the salon today. They did an amazing job and I haven't been so pleased with my color for a long time. They also really listen and give great tips to help you achieve what you want and the results are amazing. I can see why they are so popular and the money is definitely worth it. They also make you so comfortable by making sure you have enough drinks or food, which is great when you are there for a longer session. I will definitely come back.

Such a great salon! The friendliest and most welcoming hairdressers I have ever been to. The actual salon space is lovely, as are the Kevin Murphy products, even a glass of Prosecco to make a rare treat extra special. The colour by Sophie and cut by Zaneta were spot on, they both really listened to me and advised what would work best for my hair. I have a very difficult type of hair and changing a hairdresser was always a burden for me. I recently moved here from Barcelona and refused to have a haircut for months just because I wasn't ready to be disappointed. But after a good recommendation and a bit of research decided to book an appointment with Zaneta. I was absolutely fascinated by her. Not only as a professional, because she is. She definitely knows what she's doing. But her kindness, her willingness to listen to her customer is what makes a difference. The patience to work on that haircut for 1.5 hours with an attention to detail you only see in artists. The way she speaks to her team. Absolutely fascinating. Wish there were more people like Zaneta. :)

The girls are so well trained and highly skilled - each time they have worked miracles on the colour and condition of my hair. Their hospitality is amazing, you are always so looked after and offered drinks and asked if you are comfortable during your appointment. Wonderful salon, warm, friendly and most importantly, the team clearly strive to give their customers the best. I had what can only be described as a very unfortunate and shocking hair disaster at a previous salon and was very nervous about going somewhere new. However, the team were brilliant and completely understood my concerns. Zaneta and Sophie have restored me back to my crowning glory, achieving far more than what i thought could be salvaged from the previous nightmare. I could not stop smiling when i left! Thankyou so much, i can't wait to visit again and i will be sure to recommend you from now on.
